The bottom layer fills with manjar blanco, creating a rich and creamy caramel-like mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It tastes a bit like sweetened condensed milk, adding a wonderful sweetness. After trying it, the poet felt captivated, so he called it suspiro a la lime\u00f1a (Lima lady sigh).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Each bite is like a sigh of joy, taking you on a little journey through the charming streets of the Peruvian capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>King Kong<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We won\u2019t talk about the huge monkey who climbed the Empire State. \u201cKing King\u201d is also the name of a Peruvian dessert popular in Trujillo city. King Kong is a beautiful treat that will bring joy to anyone who tastes it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine an enormous alfajor loaded with a generous layer of manjar blanco, a creamy caramel-like spread, and crunchy almonds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These ingredients pair wonderfully with the crispy bread that surrounds them.
